01 / Profile

"Good governance doesn't constrain value creation — it defines the conditions under which large-scale capital programs can actually succeed."

Large infrastructure and technology portfolios fail quietly. Data fragments across vendors, reporting lags behind decisions, and the institutional knowledge that should stay with the owner drifts outward. My work across a $3B+ multi-disciplinary portfolio at TFCM has been to reverse that pattern — building sovereign data frameworks, stabilizing ROI, and transitioning legacy infrastructure into Agentic Operating Models that give owners real authority over their assets.

I work best with senior stakeholders managing high-complexity programs where the stakes of misalignment are significant. My background spans commercial banking at U.S. Bank, infrastructure delivery at AECOM, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Jacobs, and Caltrans, and executive governance at TFCM. That range informs how I approach problems: with equal attention to the financial, operational, and organizational dimensions of transformation.
